EWAS for your Hydroxyl Radical Systems

Extend your coverage with GOVAPEX’s Extended Warranty & Service (EWAS), adding 1–9 years of protection. Enjoy semi-annual inspections, preventative maintenance, expert support, and reduced downtime—ensuring peak performance and long-term savings.

Semi-Annual Service Visits

During each semi-annual service visit, a GOVAPEX Certified Technician thoroughly inspects and maintains the unit to factory standards. Any issues are promptly identified and resolved to ensure peak efficiency and effectiveness, thereby strengthening the warranty. Preventative maintenance, operational checks, and a 40-point inspection covering unit status (interior/exterior), components, and service records. Includes issue logging, operator training, and a detailed service report.

Every new unit comes with a standard 1-year mechanical warranty, including semi-annual servicing by GOVAPEX, an operating kit, and operator training to ensure optimal performance.
